Use this effective chelated copper product on surface algae for a fast kill. Mix desired amount of CaptainTM with water in a sprayer and uniformly spray over the infested water surface. Best results are achieved when applied early on a calm, sunny day. Heavy infestations should be treated in sections with a 5-7 day ''rest'' between treatments to avoid oxygen depletion. Contact effectiveness is enhanced with LI700 (see associated product) to help penetration and adhesiveness of the algaecide.
